At Mzad UAE, we aim to offer our users a satisfactory experience when browsing our ads section or using our services to publish adverts. To ensure this, we need to make sure that the information in this section is clean and of good quality. For this reason, ads that fall outside the posting rules stated here may be removed from the site and/or the user profiles responsible for posting them may be blocked.

You are solely responsible for all information you submit to Mzad UAE and for any consequences that may result from your post. We reserve the right at our discretion to refuse or delete content that we believe is inappropriate or breaching our Rules for Posting. We also reserve the right at our discretion to restrict a user's usage of the site either temporarily or permanently or to refuse a user's registration.

General Rules

1. Ads posted on Mzad UAE must be associated with valid UAE telephone numbers.
2. The price of the product/service listed should be in UAE Dhiram.
3. It is not allowed to post multiple ads for the same product/service.  Please use the Refresh functionality to bring your ad higher in the search results or Promote it for better visibility.
4. It is not allowed to post, remove and repost ads.
5. All of the ads must be for goods/services that are in UAE.
6. Ads for products/services not permitted in UAE are not allowed. For the entire list of such products/services, please refer to the Rules for Posting under Classifieds.
7. Each user can only have one Mzad UAE account from which to post ads. 
8. Listings must contain images that are genuine and represent the current condition of the products.
9. All ads must be published in the appropriate category.

Properties - Specific Rules for Posting

Please make sure you also read the General Rules.

1. Each listing should contain a minimum of 5 high-quality photographs, in landscape orientation.
2. The photographs should not contain any graphical elements and only a light company watermark.
3. The listing title should contain no repeated punctuation, symbols or emojis.
4. Do not add your contact number or email address to the description.
5. Post each property as a separate ad and only once.
6. Multiple options or listings can not be advertised in the description of a single listing.
7. Post each Properties ad under the correct category.
8. For Pay-to-Publish ads
   1. Changes cannot be made once an ad is published and paid for.
   2. Pay to Publish ads are not refundable
   3. Ad approval can take upto maximum 48 hours

Vehicles - Specific Rules for Posting

Please make sure you also read the General Rules.

1. For car ads, each ad should contain at least three unique and high-quality images, as follows:
   1. The Front view
   2. Side view
   3. Interior
   4. Any other images
2. The photographs need to be of the actual car that is listed. Images taken from the internet are now allowed.
3. The images you upload must not contain watermarks from other websites or any other graphical elements, apart from partial hiding of the plate numbers.

Classifieds - Specific Rules for Posting

We prohibit any listing or posting of classifieds and services from the following:

1. Alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, vape, drugs, psychotropic substances, narcotics, medicines or goods and services that are prohibited under any applicable UAE law.
2. Prostitution or any other service which violates the contemporary standards of morality and decency of the UAE.
3. Adult, mature or erotic content.
4. Items, goods or services that are defamatory, threatening, or abusive in nature, invasive of another person’s privacy, including bodily privacy, insulting or harassing based on gender, religion, racially or ethnically objectionable. 
5. Counterfeit, pirated, and stolen goods, unauthorized or illegal services.
6. Fraud schemes offering high returns with little effort, ads relating to or encouraging money laundering or gambling
7. Matrimonial or dating ads
8. Items, goods, and services that attempt to pass off any third party or attempt to impersonate other persons, infringe the intellectual property, patents, trademarks, copyrights, or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity
9. Identity documents, personal financial records & personal information (in any form)
10. Lottery tickets, sweepstakes entries and slot machines
11. Sale of visas or assistance in obtaining visas. 
12. Weapons and related items such as firearms, firearm parts and magazines, ammunition, switchblade knives or any other item which is prohibited.
13. Belongs to another person and to which the user does not have any right.

Therapeutic Services - Specific Rules for Posting

Please make sure you also read the General Rules.

• All service providers must possess valid licenses and certifications relevant to the therapeutic services they offer.
• Ads must clearly state the qualifications of the service provider and the exact services offered, including any limitations.
• Use respectful and professional language when describing services. Avoid terms that may be considered vulgarffensive, or discriminatory.
• Explicit or inappropriate content, including images, is strictly prohibited.
• Ads should clearly state the cost of the services offered. Hidden charges are not allowed.
• No advertisement should make claims to cure or treat medical conditions unless such claims are supported by scientific evidence and are in line with regulatory guidelines.
• Ads must respect user privacy. Collection of personal information must comply with privacy laws and regulations.
• All Ads will go through a review process to ensure they meet these guidelines before being posted on the platform.
• All services must comply with UAE laws and regulations.

Jobs and Jobseeker - Specific Rules for Posting

Please make sure you also read the General Rules.

Mzad UAE is neither a recruitment company nor does it act as labor consultant to, or partner of any employer. The portal is used by multiple companies and recruitment firms.

Jobs

1. Each job posted on Mzad UAE should be associated with a valid email address and a UAE contact number.
2. Use a single account from which to post jobs, to avoid confusion and to prevent from receiving the same applications.
3. Duplicated job ads are not allowed. Use your job posting limits wisely. Duplicating your ads consumes your limit and creates confusion for applicants.
4. Post a new job for every new hiring position, DO NOT edit your current posting to a new opening.
5. Each ad should list a single job. To receive the proper applications for your post and to easily keep track of the applications you are receiving, make sure you create one job per ad only.
6. If you're hiring for business, please purchase a Jobs Subscription. The jobs section is free for personal hiring capacity only. 
   
   

Jobseeker

1. Each Jobseeker profile should be associated with a valid email address and contact number.
2. Provide information about your educational background, experience, skills, and your current visa status/ country of stay.
3. Upload an up-to-date resume.
4. Upload a professional picture.
5. Promote your Jobseeker profile for more visibility.
6. Apply to jobs directly on the Mzad UAE website.

Jobseeker Fraud Advice

Please note that Mzad UAE does not approve of, or represent any employer or recruiter sending fraudulent communication.

On basis of past complaints from jobseekers, we encourage you to be wary of Jobs Posted/Emails that:

1. Ask your personal, non-work-related information such as Credit Card numbers or Bank information over the phone or email.
2. Do not provide a callback phone number or provide contact information that is outside the country.
3. Ask for monetary transactions, money transfers, or payment for Job Applications, conducting interviews, or any other such employment/recruitment-related purpose.
4. Promise a guaranteed job / Promise Immigration and ask for money to process visas, etc.
